Grew my first clinical team from 3 to 14 people and tripled our revenue over 3 years

Managed a team of over 20 people across Florida, Tennessee, and Louisiana

Had the HIGHEST employee retention rate across all territories

Increased revenue and market access by 150% as a Director of Business Development

Traveled to Nepal, India, West Africa, and Barbados to participate in mission trips
